did you shave off your 1/4 mile times, from stock and then after the S/C comparisons. Thanks

Jane97SE:
229 whp ("de-tuned" by Stillen) with SC and GReddy. 159 whp with Stillen intake and GReddy.

She hasn't dynoed the setup with Stillen y-pipe and RT cat yet (soon to add CAI, TC, and smaller pulley).

On a COMPLETELY STOCK 2000 Maxima 5spd w/ 19" rims:
At stock boost:

247hp & 219lb-ft torque @ the wheels.

According to the mobile dyno guy & based on everyone's results, the dyno was reading 10% less than what "everyone normally gets"<~~~~dunno how true that is but that's what I was told. So I may have been putting out a little more.

As far as E.T. goes...I dropped about a full second...
And picked up almost 10mph.

This was back in March though.

Yes...your results do seem about 10% low. The dyno posted here a awhile back of the auto S/C Max was in the 250 wheel hp range. The 5 speed should be at least 8-10% above that.

Stillen sent me a dyno of what they "say" a stock 5 speed 5th gen should put down. Their plot showed 287 wheel hp. To me, that is actually believable and I would guess your car should be in that range as well. With a good exhaust and Y-pipe, 300 wheel hp should be about right at standard boost..

95 Maxima SE, automatic, SC, smaller pulley, Stillen muffler, and HEAVY Momo 18s spun the roller to 235fwhp and 215 fwtq. Not bad if you ask me. He did a second run and only managed 215fwhp. Gotta love that SC heat soak. Russ did 183fwhp/193fwtq in his stock 2001 SE 5 speed that same day.

Does anyone have charts from those runs they can post? I'd really like to see how boost alters the torque curve.

thanks

97' GXE 5-speed baseline with only Stillen pop-charger and Stillen exhaust(exhaust section only): 171.4 hp lb-ft @ 5400 rpms

With very first production Stillen SC kit after fixing all of Stillen's screw ups(4 months to fix everything), stock kit, Stillen Y-pipe and Stillen exhaust: 252.5 hp @ 5850 and 238.7 lb-ft @ 4900

Last dyno before current mods(lots of upgrades): 284.3 hp @ 6350 and 262.4 lb-ft @ 5100

After latest mods, 300+ fwhp...new dyno coming soon

Cheston, the G-Force ECU works with the supercharger? Don't you need to get it remapped?

All the ones I seen are 5 speed. They range from 240hp to 250hp. The cars have all the usual bolt ons. ie. y-pipe, exhaust and rt cat.
