My car has failed the GA emissions test. I know my EGR is probably clogged (occasional 0302 code) and I'm getting codes for one of the front O2 sensors (0503). My question is whether or not my cat is likely bad as well. I'm not getting a downstream O2 code.

Here are the test results:

25/25 Test:
HC ppm: 242 (120 allowed)
CO%: 0.68 (0.67 allowed)
NOx ppm: 2053 (848 allowed)

50/15 Test:
HC ppm: 196 (124)
CO%: 0.59 (0.69)
NOx ppm: 1943 (937)

Anyone able to give me any insight on the condition of my main cat from those numbers? I've got a Budget Y-pipe, so the pre-cats are gone...
