I'm getting this done next week...the tint on my driver's window has chips in it from my seat belt hitting it, my two rear windows have scratches in the tint, and my rear window is purpling....i think it's time...i'm going to get 35% up front (legal..) and 15% on the rears and the sunroof...cant wait!

I know it varies, but any idea on the cost? I'm thinking it'll be around $200...

I have, it's not fun

I have replaced tint on a previous car - 98 VW Jetta GLX and would not recommend doing it yourself. It was a few hours with a razor blade and rubbing alcohol. I would get it professionally removed and re-installed.
