CAI noise

I probably will get flamed for this, but I am curious. I just got my fujita intake it appears to been built with great quality and perfect fit. My ***** is this its to frigg'n loud. I feel like some 19yr old ricer kid. Is there anything I can do to quiet it down any? I knew it was going to be noisier than stock but oh my god its loud. I am actually considering buying a k&n drop in and not putting the resonator back on. I just assume keep it because it was expesive but I do not like the raspy ricer sound it makes

Sell it to someone on here and go and buy a new one that doesn't make as much noise. Problem solved.
