State Referee

Quick Question: Will the state ref be able to check/view the results from previous attempts of state ref inspections(different location)?

Ah more specifically: Will they be able to view the "Detailed" results? (The reasons WHY it failed, not just show up as FAILED)

what exactly is a state ref? you just talking about someone that does emissions inspections? never heard of that, just curious

Down here in GA any redneck can do your emissions, hell the kid that just did mine on my truck couldnt have been more than 16.
