Anyways, I have a feeling they met their quota, but are leaving the promo ads up. That way, poor saps buy the oil, send in the rebate, and 3-6 months later get notified they met their quota and won't be reimbursed.

If i was in charge of that campaign, that's what i'd do ....
Well, I got my check yesterday for like $15.49. I sent in the rebate the day after the ad campaign started. I think that was 2 months ago. They also sent me another coupon for another oil change, but this time it's not free, just a few bucks off.
