98 Maxima vs 2006 SE-R

ok so this guy at work has a new 2006 Sentra SE-R and we were talking about eachothers cars. I want to know how both of our cars compare......

First off we're both AUTO

2005 Sentra SE-R
11K miles
Hotshot headers
greddy cat back

1998 Maxima GXE
162K miles
bone stock

I'm pretty sure I can take him but I'd like to see what you people think, I honestly think I'll take him off the line and then just walk him from there.......

1997 Nissan Maxima SE 0-60: 7.1sec
2005 Nissan Sentra SE 0-60: 7.9 sec

Times based off national reviews such as car & driver, road & track, etc. These are based on manual trans, not auto. But with his mods, it might be too close to call.
