PILOT HID Conversion Kit A Good Buy or Not?
PILOT HID Conversion Kit A Good Buy or Not?
Has anyone installed the Pilot HID Kit thats selling on eBay and on their website, www.pilothid.com ?
Are they reputable? Do they have good or similar light output to other brands like McCulloch & Helio and are they long lasting? or should i just spend an extra $100 and get the McCulloch HID Kit?

They ARE magically better. In fact, it's not even magic.
By Prolumen's own admission, Helios uses Gen 4 - aka M4 ballasts - not M5 ballasts - which are better.
So, unless Helios has decided to step up to the plate and make them that way, then there is a difference.
Now, that being said, you should contact "HABBIE" on bimmerforums, he's got a kit that is exceptional for only $200 shipped.
