Yes, it does for sure. I'd have to see what she would be paying if she were a HE.

My Insurance payment was $2100 a year with good student discounts. Then my mom added her 6th gen onto the plan which already had a Chevy Suburban and a 1992 dodge ram on it. Now I pay $2400 a year. The accident that I caused did not make my insurance rise, THANK GOD!

I just switched midnight this am. Phila. suburbs, Max alone, 98 se full cover plus 100/300/100 is now just under $320/6 mo. Never had an accident/claim in 14 years of driving. After I went through the process yesterday, when I see 33 y.o San Jose $100+ per month and all these crazy prices, does poor credit play a part?

I'm only paying $210 every 6 months! Only $35 a month! And I'm only 23 and male (clean driving record though). I have geico insurance (it's REALLY cheap, especially in Utah) and have liablility and minimums on everything except property damage which I put up to $50,000 in case I hit a Mercedes or something, haha.

it just came down. under 200 for 3 cars + renters. 1 comp. 1 collision. there is this odd line on there that says "youthfull classification" under the deductions.. i think i finally matured according to the ins company.. we shall see. it might go up next month.. yes, i added 1000 col on one car and the total fell down by like 15/month for those keeping track :i
