Hey man, did you ever resolve your broken strut stud problem and get that FSTB on correctly? Sorry that it happened to you. I have never heard of that occurring before. Let me know the scoop.

Heh, sorry about this late reply.

No, the guy at this garage shop told me he could do it on Friday. I left the car to him and guess what, when i called him for the car at 3pm, he told me the part had never arrived. I was like what da. He asked me to try again on tueday.

I drove the car with two bolts yesterday for close to 300Kms, it was fine. I did all this hard conerings and stuff just to see if it would fall apart or something. But it hasn't happen yet. I still don't feel comfortable with it though. I have tried local stores for correct bolt and coupling, no luck there. I'm going to go to Brofasco tomorrow to see what kind of coupleling they have. I think i can still get about 5 threads with some correct bolt and nuts.

Nissan quoted me $230 + tax CDN ($103 for the part and the rest is labor). This garage mechanics said he can do it for $150 + tax.

Thanks for asking. I'll keep you posted.
