The plan is to have it made out of vinyl, the text would be cut out of the emblem decal. The black background would be your window.

Ive spoken to Sprint and he has Okd the production of these decals.
I have a budyy who works with Vinyl and can make them. I will shoot the design over to him (Version 1) and see what he says about the price on each one.
Whatever he charges will be his price, Im not making nor do I wish to make anything off these. i will take a portion of whatver is made of these and donate it to the org for using its name.
So if you really are intresetd let speak up now.

Ive spoken to my buddy and he has seen the design and sent it back to me with some changes. Its still a rough draft and not final yet.
Since its going to be cut out of vinyl it loses the 3D effect so he added some lines to give it a better look.
Now remember, this is still a rough draft and awaiting the Org members feed back for the final design.
One thing I did mention to him is the lines going around the Maxima.Org lettering. We may need to lose that. The inner lines look good I think though.
Also the font where our names go, he had to changethat also. It needs to be a bit more basic since its going to be a bit smaller and could give the plotter a hard time cutting it if its not a simple type of font.
He said he's going to shoot me the desgin with different variations of fonts in the user name section for us to pick from.
Now, the decal is going to be around 3-4 inches. If the plotter can cut out the smaller text with no p[roblem then it will be the 3 inch decal. If not, we have to go a bit bigger.
Now the color, he can make it basicly any color, but we have to pick one. he will not make tons of different colors for everyone unless there willing to pay a bit extra for it.
Im thinking either a gray or a silver to resemble the original emblem. He said he has two types of silver. One with small sparkling flakes, and one with a bit larger more noticable flake in it.
Price is going to be 7.50 a decal shipped. 6 dollars is going to him, and a dollar going to the Org, with .50 cents going to shipping and paypal fees.
When its all set and done, and we are ready to order them, we will have to do them in batches to make the creating of them a bit easier for him to knock out.

We had only planned on doing one size. Just to make it easier for my buddy to mass produce them.
It will depend on the interest though.
Also, size will play a part in the font, so remember that. Anything smaller then the 3 inch and your going to lose the area where you screen name goes.

Someone better check with nissan before selling those stickers.
They may think someone is stealing there design/logo.
Some companies are pickey about that... even though it doesnt say nissan, it still has the design aspect of there logo.

It would have to look exactly like Nissans logo pixel for pixel to be a real copyright infringment issue.
Were not trying to create this logo to sell to a company or even generate a company from this logo to which we would be recognized for, we are mearly creating a decal.
Many Co.'s sell templates and premade logos and the buyers simply make small changes to them and then call them there own. In the end, they resemble other logos, but do not look exactly like them.
Why your bringing this up, when your trying to do the same crap is beyond me;
