Spring question

I know yet another question about springs but want to confirm something. What is going to give me a more comfortable ride (ie bumps) between Eibachs and H&R on a 2K1?
I spoke to some local shops (who know nothing about Maximas) and they say there is no difference. I realize the H&R are little lower but are they a little softer too?

no man, H&R's are by far better, everybody says that eibachs are really rough, my friend has H&R's on his and it's a really good ride, it's stiffer then stock, but at the same time you're not riding every little bump

I was quoted $239.00US for the H&R from Shox.com and I did mention maxima.org. I am assuming this is a good price?
As long as the H&R are stiffer than stock but softer than Eibach (does that rhyme?) then I'm happy. Thanks for the input! Any additional input is always good!
