How popular is your Max??

I know most of you guys with the flashy Max's cant go anywhere without random people asking you about your car or where'd you get your rims. What are some experiences you've been in with random people?

for example, me: like when my car is all clean or whatever, and i go to a gas station and end up talking forever to some random stranger saying they like this and that about ur max. happens to me mostly at gas stations. and at red lights

^^^ what's YOUR point?

seriously, though. what is the point of this thread? my car is really popular. when it went to car high school, it was the envy of everyone. all the jocks idled it cuz it got all the miatas, beetles and other girls. it could make any convertible take her top down in a matter of seconds. true story. yea, it was pretty popular.

I always get commented on how well my paint looks. I had someone honk at me at a stoplight and ask me to roll down my window. I did, and they asked if my car came painted that way from the factory or if I had it done. haha. And pretty much every time I go into any car dealer, I end up talking about my car for 5 minutes with a salesman or technician or something. They always say that they want to get a 6-speed 5.5 gen because that's their favorite style.

well i see a couple people had their wheaties and got a clue what the thread was about anyway, nah i dont mean you're going to show off your mods man lol...Im saying for those that take out the time in always keeping your max clean, do you get compliments in the streets from random people? and, what are some crazy experiences you've had IF ANY. like have you gotten car jacked in your max from it being too flashy or did 50 women run up to your car at a car show and strip buck naked or whatever. like i said, i've been around and people would tell me hey nice car u know, how much for this and that, beautiful color and nice taste. I get it all the time. Im just wondering do most of you get the same respect in the streets.

I had a girl wave me down, she was cute and everything but way to young when I drive my fathers ES350 I can't go anywhere without someone approaching me and wanting to know about the car, I've had people leave their cars in traffic to talk about the ES, everyone and everywhere with that damn car, back to the Maxima

wow....that area must be hurting for cool cars....ES350s are a dime a dozen around here....then again, E46 M3s, Evos, and STis....To get any real hard looks around here, you have to be driving something over $50k or something unusual (like a classic sportscar).....

There are at least 6 M3s in my parking garage at work...and I work for the government, not some big corporation!

Surprisingly, somewhat popular. My car has stock rims, stock drop, nothing too flashy. Mostly commented on my tint, clean paint, and lights. Then again, when people hear my intake make any kind of noise, people get mad at me. And no, I don't drive like a ricer. So yeah, its kinda popular. Haha.

P.S. It also brings all the girls to the yard.

He bought pretty much the 1st Ultra Luxury (Glass Roof Model) that the Lexus dealer got in so he was 1st on the block with that car, I'm not trying to brag about the ES other then it's a nice car but it still gets so much attention.

Cars really don't say much except for hey I have a car note that's bigger then yours, my area is sleeper money, some of my neighbors have really nice cars that are several years old and pull in mucho dinero, the kids driving M3 and Evos are nothing but overtime junkies trying to make a car payment, M3 are everywhere, their old and most dealers are giving them away for half of what they use to go for.

In my line of work I appraise houses and right now Im appraising houses that are in comparison hotels compared to what the average person lives in, thats impressive, a house that cost 50-100k a years for just general bills and upkeep.

Cars are nice but nothing in the end

FIRST....STOP WITH THE CAPS LOCK!.

secondly....the strut bar acts like The Club for you engine. its there so no one can easily steal your motor

but on the real...its there to assist with handling.

Low, dented in the fender, and dirty as hell. Unless they know me from somewhere or notice the CF hood and Ksport stickers, people don't even look twice.

orly. Cause that is EXACTLY what happens when I walk within 100 feet of a hot woman, other than the "i love you car" statement.

I've had girls say my car is sexy, my car makes em wet, and I even had guys say the car gives em wood. I guess its pretty good for a family car. I always get people asking me for whats done to the car etc. I always make up some BS that makes no sense, like a Euro JDM engine swap out of a Titan. Its not show n tell, I aint got time to talk to people at car washes and gas stations.
