350Z pedals on an Automatic

I first posted this on the NYC Maxima board but found that there was no conclusive post about them here so I am reposting it here so if someone searches "350Z pedals" this thread should come up.
If anyone is interested or wondering 350Z pedals do fit the Maxima. I have the automatic set. Do not let the people at Courtesy Nissan tell you you need to buy an entire accelerator arm.
The parts you need are:
18016-AB010 PAD-ACCEL
18014-8H601 BUSH-ACCEL
18014-AB000-BUSH ACCEL
46531-AB101-BRAKE PEDAL COVER

You need the bushings for the accelerator to make ot slip on the bottom hook and clip on the top of the accelerator pedal.
The brake cover slipe on. It may have to be pried on the back with a flathead because it is a tight fit once you have "3" sides on. It does fit, no problem.

The bottom bushing for the accelerator has to be widened because it is too small. The Maxima (as well as my NX2000) has a larger accelerator hook than the 350Z I assume. Either way a dremel or large drill bit will do.
Here are the pics below.

If this is old news sorry for the newb post.
[B]The stock accelerator vs. the 350Z pedal

The bushing you must open up (widen)

The hook I am talking about.

Installed. Now i got to clean the carpet

Total time 25 minutes tops. $56.36 shipped from Courtesy Nissan.

No need to drill out the pedals like with Sparcos, no ugly wide pedals with clumsy brackets behind it like Razos.
Enjoy.
