Hey guys maybe you guys can help me with my problem. My HIDs don't turn on for like 10 mins.. and then it turns on. Sometimes it doesn't even turn on. Bad ballast? or bad bulb?

 

Swap the bulb, if the other side turns on, then you know it's the ballast, if the bulb doesn't, then you know it's the bulb.

 

Is it both headlights or one headlight? If its both, then it could be the internal wiring. If it does turn out to be on the ballast side versus the bulb side, try swapping the ignitors and wiring to see if those are the problems. Sometimes on hidplanet, someone will have those single parts for much cheaper than buying a whole ballast.
