Cant Remove ClearCoat Enamel

So I was blacking my lights out and accidently got some clear coat on my paint and tried to get it off with goo-gone, mineral spirits, paintthinner, kitchen scratchers, STEEL WOOL. The only thing that works is steel wool and it scratched my car up kinda bad in the test area i used(non visible) This looks absolutly terrible and i have no idea what to do.. any ideas?

Uh, your paint is supposed to have a layer of clearcoat over it... But since you already messed it up, I would wet sand(2000 grit) it and go over it with another layer of clearcoat.

Wet sand, 2000 grit and buff it out with a machine.

A detail shop will be able to fix your error easily.
