Anyone know? thanks in advance, wanting to do this before NOPI if it ain't to much

 

they sell kits but i'm trying to remember what i was told awhile ago about getting a reverse hood.
there is a car that was produces maybe 10 years ago that had a reverse hood and the hood supports that tilt in reverse work very well in the maxima and altima.. the guy went to a junk yard and pulled them off and put them on his altima..
i'm going to try to see him soon to get the name of the car again.. sorry, i'm not much help////.

 

It's pretty simple. But don't try it yourself. Get a good body guy get the rocker arms that pop the whole hood then that roll. Install and boom you got your self a hood your nissan dealer can't open

 

i think this would be great to do!!!

there are a few cars that you can steal the latches and stuff off of....the cheapest is probably a late 80's model Buick Regal...they had the reverse hood....I am going to try and steal mine off of a late 80's BMW 5-series.

The best latches to use would be off a 98 or 99 vette.

 

bimmer 3 series had them i beleive, just like my friends 88 M3

 

did you get your w6 yet? bummer**im trying to get rid of one new mtx 8000 10 inch woofer. NIB .. well hope you get that woofer soon.

 

89 Hyundai Excels have reverse hoods. =P
