Does Custom Enterprises Still Exist?

I haven't been able to access their website for a couple of weeks now - just wondering if anyone here knows if they're still operating?

Here's what we've come up with at NICO

I posed the same question on NICO Club and here's some insight.

I have been wondering the same thing. I wanted to order a few parts from them but I can't get on their website. It has been over a month - month and a half that I ordered a set of springs from them and havn't received them nor heard from them or have been able to reach them.
Normally they are supposed to charge the card After the item has been shipped with the tracking number, but I was charged right away while they were still waiting for the springs to get to them and no tracking info, and so far there is no sign of them.
I don't know what is going on but I want my money back, that is not good business.

I don't think it bodes well for the community to lose two of the few outlets for aftermarket Maxima parts...

CM has poor customer service and sells cheap/crappy/cheesey parts. Most of what they sell can be bought else where. I dont see how a company like that can benefit the maxima community.

I lost money to CM. After giving them tons of time to deliver (never happened) and then tons of time (2 months) to refund my money (about $50), communicating politely with them via phone and email.....was promised goods would come in (didn't), then told I would be refunded within a few weeks (never was). Last 2 emails have had no response, even though i was super-polite and understanding with them.

Oh well....written off and not worried about it. Lesson learned: Don't deal with CM ever again, whether they still exist or not.

Sounds like a simple case of poor management.
Their overhead cost were probably too high for their "profit" margins or they simply didn't reinvest their profits in the biz.

My limited experience with them was pleasant. I ordered a product and recieved it relatively quickly so I can't bad mouth them. But based on what ever else has to say I'm not suprised they're out of biz or headed that way.

I e-mailed them about a y-pipe awhile back with no response...looks to be true. I never any good of their customer service anyways but they are the only ones that offered a y-pipe for the 6th gen....bummer.

looks to be the problem

most of the people that say they had bad experiences probably dealt with them over the internet for the most part. i never once made an e-order. i called everytime to make my order and never had probs. i first found out about them in 04 and have used them since. i did just find out that they had major profits on their tokico susp kits. oh well, they got me there. it's cool though, never had trouble
