chiltons manual.

I know this may sound a little stupid, but i just picked up the new chilton's for maxima 1993-2004. and this thing is the best automotive repair book i have ever read. it covers the vg30,vq30andvq35. sorry no VE coverage in this one. It details each engive MOST if not ALL of the trouble codes from 93-04, and goes into great detail about things which are asked about here on the org daile. (ex.) why do my cooling fans keep turning on? it tells you IN DETAIL that it could be either the engine cooliant temp sensor or the relay's for the fan. and tells you very clear on how to fix or diagnose said problem.

It even goes so far to tell you WHAT YOU SHOULD NOT FIX YOURSELF!! Every section of the car is broken down from engine to suspension. wonder why you get clutch chatter? it could be the flywheel. The pictuers are very detailed and you get a clear explination of what to do. I reccomend this for all of the New members as their first mod. It will answer a plethera of your questions. Cost is $20.00 and its money well spent.

Why go buy a 3rd rate repair manual when you can download the factory service manuals for free?
