I haven't ordered anything from Stillen, except a catalog that took 2 months, but they don't seem very customer oriented.

I don't understand people sometimes..anyways here is a list of emails of Stillen people I have had contact with over time. I would email and cc all of them telling them who you are, your car, passion, website and this thread and see how they respond:

S. Holman (sholman@stillen.com)
Performance Specialist
Steve Millen Sports Cars

Adam Hume
Steve Millen Sportcars
Adam@stillen.com

I wonder if Steve Millen's email is:

smillen@stillen.com
steve@stillen.com
stillen@stillen.com
millen@stillen.com
stealin@stillen.com

Anyone want to add to this stillen email list go right ahead..the more people who work at stillen who see this the better! Be sure to remind them that the .org sticks together and one really pis*** off customer (especially you...a Max God!) can lead to a lot of potentially lost business let alone respect. All for a simple fax!!

My .02 cents worth...
Keep us up to date!

Although everytime I have called stillen they have given me outrageous prices, they were actually really nice to me on the phone. The guy I talked to, I cant remember his name, actually gave me a call back about a week later and asked how I was doing and if I had gotten the part I was interested in yet. I told him I did get it cheaper from somewhere else and he was like Oh. Well thats cool, if you need anything though heres my name and extension give me a call then he took my info for a catalog. Its too bad there prices suck, cause this dude I talked to was actually cool.

Ya they are really nice when they are waiting to take your money for over priced product. In this case it was a fax...I have had some problems with them as well. I don't know if they understand what customer service really is???

Sorry to hear that Cheston. Personally, even though some people might have had acceptable service, the fact that so many have had complaints against Stillen should be enough for them to do something. Do they care about their loyal customers at all?

u know what chebo?

It's too bad that you have to suffer with these bozos, but we all gain through your experience. There are so many who just don't even bother with that co. because of interactions like yours. There was a thing that got popular about 6 or 7 years ago called the faxserver. Believe it or not, all a person needed was Windows 3.11 and 2 mouse clicks and the info was sent in less than 4 or 5 seconds.

LOL! People spent 6000 bucks on computer! After that, they will mostly spend 50 bucks a month for updates and stuff. But at the end, no matter how much they spent for updates, their computer still needs a brand new motherboard.

Also, I saw people modding those big huge phone. Those water bottles.....

People will mod anything these days. Even their Max. Oh wait!

Good luck guys. There are currently three of you guys looking for supercharger parts. Your best bet is to get the original owner to do the leg work. Get whoever to call their sales rep and get the parts for you. You won't get anywhere by telling Stillen you got the supercharger used and you are missing parts.

Question.... WHY ARE YOU ASKING FOR SOMETHING YOU ALREADY HAVE?

All the instructions are on YOUR LINK in the HOW2 pages... All 7 pages... courtesy of SKIMAX...

Is our memory going? hehe

BTW - I've mostly had mostly good experiences with STILLEN (except for the time I had to get the plug of the Y-Pipe for the extra O2 hole... but the eventually came through)

Way cool, What fuel presure are you getting with the 3.25 and how do your plugs look? Is the 3.25 really supplying 10psi?

Sorry to hear about that Cheston.

Boo this man! (Jim)

Does anyone talk to Adam Hume @ Stillen? I have been dealing with him back since 96. I have never had a problem with him and he has always provided great service for me. He has even sat on teh phone for a great amount of time trying to explain or help me out. I know he use to be back on Evan's board way back then. Always gave us group deals too.

Yeah I would like to know how much the 3.25 pulley makes, 4DSC was only able to get 7 PSI out of the V2 3.25 pulley.

I am currently at 37-42 depending on throttle, on the Fuel pressure. I think that is about right on the stock pulley, hey Mardigras do you know what is may load? Or will it differ with my 5th gen, if so how do you find out what my max load is ? THanks

Same thing here.....

I was trying to place an order with them just last night. I am not a new customer, and I had order stuff from them a few times in the past, and I keep getting the catalogs, so I ASSUMED (yeah I know, assumption is the mother of all fu.ck-ups), that I was a valued customer. I got bounced to no less than 5 people! When I said that I wanted to order some t-shirts, the put me on hold for someone else. I guess my puiny order didn't count in their eyes......plus the long distance!! Finally I got very first jerk that picked up and he FINALLY took my order. So from now on FU.CK THEM!!! When $teallin comes out with something, I will wait till someone copies it, then I will buy it. They just don't get it. But that is ok, tyhey will learn the hard way. As long as they keep this shiet up, people like Cattman will reap the benefit.

FU.CK 'um.....Fu.ck'um with barbed wire.

Well on a 4th gen, and I bet 5th gens are the same, normal idle fuel presure is ~33psi and normal WOT fuel pressure is ~43psi. So yours does not seem right. 37 is ok at idle, but under boost you should be seeing more than 42, mabye around 55-60psi. Some folks with the 3.25/10psi pulley on their 4th gens get ~70psi of fuel pressure.

I am seriously going to go down to costa mesa and ****ing blow up jim's car.

i have in my closet, the plans for the ultimate 6-shooter, revolve-loading potato gun.

im going to mount that cannon, onto my spoiler, and do the best drive by in town.

**** stillen's sales reps. **** their whole organization.

i can't believe people can actually conduct business the way they do and get away with it.

i mean, seriously. i'm going to call the better business beaurau and file a formal complaint.

NO customer should be treated the way i was.
