Franken car catback opinions

Im thinking of gettin one, looking at. Thinking of getting the full cat back for my 02 . And running it with my headers. What will the sound be like? loud raspy etc?

Also looking at just the b-pipe and keeping the stock muffler, but i want a slight noise increase (i wil be running headers).

What are your guys opinions,

stick with something like a greddy?

what else do you guys have ?

I have an 04Max but the 3.5 is a 3.5 so check out my VID on YouTube to hear what HotShot Headers and a GReddy SP-II Catback sounds like, could help in picking a sound you're looking for...

That sounds pritty nice.

Ive got a set of hotshot headers and a test pipe on the way.

How is it in cab at about 75mph with the windows up and etc?

I heard the videos with the cattman and its way to loud for me, but i want some tone so i dunno about leaving the stock muffler....

(I ment to post this in the 5th gen forum ... woooops )

frankencar is the best out there.....

that said, Frankencar no longer sells them...so if you want one, it's going to have to be secondhand....good luck with that, since there's about 20 people waiting for someone to sell one!

There are two working videos of 5.5 Gens with Hotshot headers and Frankencar cat-backs or rears in the 5th Gen exhaust sticky. Bear in mind that video clips and opinions aren't always good gauges of how it sounds.

with just a y-pipe and full frankencar back my cars very quiet, i hope to have my headers on soon.

i hear my intake(modded place racing/k&n)more than my exhaust.
