well, I installed my braided stainless steel clutch line. No real big difference. I can feel a slight difference when the clutch engages, but it's nothing major. I don't think this mod was worth the bruised knuckles.
I almost forgot, I've got a rim and tire I need to take in and have re-installed/balanced. I damaged the rim last fall and haven't gotten it re-mounted to the tire yet.

Next thing I'm gonna order will be the redline leather shift boot/ e-brake boot and arm rest cover. I should get on that this week.

I'm sure it will be worth it when I bleed the line. I've got over 200,000 kilometers on my maxima now and when I installed your line, that was the first time I have changed the clutch fluid. The reality was that with MY OEM line, nothing was wrong with it. If it had been leaking then yes, the line you sold me would have been totally worth it. If I had been auto and switching to 5 speed, it also would have been totally worth it.
I thought that I would have an increased feel of engagement in the pedal when switching to your line, but sadly that is just not the case. There is a moderate increase in the feel of the clutch engaging, but no where near what I expected. I guess I just didn't research it enough to fully understand what it was going to do for me.
The line is top notch and the fittings are excellent quality. I was VERY impressed with the actual line itself, but the benefits (at this point) just don't seem worth the work I put in to install this item.
+1 for a quality product.

As for all the work being done, he goes by the name of trav4011 on alot fo forums. He owns his own buisness Located outta Louisiana, its been around for about 5 years. He specializes in Nissans. He also has a kit to swap the Vq35 in the sentra, i was going to do that at the time...but he said this would stand more power....and then i decided to build it. Ill keep you all updated on this.

I would like to know more on my new motor, The mods out for it, (pulley etc..) So help me out?

Nice sentra.

I like the progress being made.
What are the specs on the turbo?
What size is the intercooler? it looks kinda small, but might not be

motor is a good and strong one. Under drive pulleys can help free up a little power, but it really isnt too noticable.

stock headers arent really restrictive, the restrictions were found in the y pipe (connects to the headers and lead to the cat) but I'm sure you'll be running all custom exhaust so no problems there.

Is that motor is from a 99 Maxima, it might be subject to swirl valve (restricting and for emissions) and coil packs might go bad on you.

now that I think about it. a built up 3.0 would be a monster, but imagine a built up 3.5. that extra half a liter would do wonders.

Here is the custom crank trigger/flywheel setup that I will be using on Scotti's engine.. This setup allows me to use the 6spd flywheel and clutch, without any changes, on a VQ30 engine.. plus, allows me to retain the older style VQ30 ECU.. which can be programmed by JWT for our turbo application.

Gotta love CNC and WaterJet.. Just have to bead blast and coat it with some clear, and it'll be good to go.

I also got a reflash, 8k rpm
Pistons were 9:1
Our VQ30DE ECU is at JWT currently, with Clark working his magic on that end. 550cc injectors and a Z32 MAF will top things off, along with a Walbro 255lph pump/return line to feed the fire.

ill update it as i get the updates/ look around for the ones before.

(i forgot the specs on it) Ill ask and post.
I thought the intercooler was going to be bigger as well...but we shall see.
What pullies are made for the vq30?As well as Tb? Tb spacers? Mani spacer? anything?

Scottyboi, was Travis able to use those rods? Here's the thread he made:

http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=513475

He's building a couple of my friend's cars (one VQ30DE-T and the snowmobile if you know what that is).

motor storm UDP, unorthodox UDP.

for throttle body, you could get and adapter plate and use the pathfinder 70mm.

Aaron is working on a spacer kit for the 3.0 motor, that would aide with heat soak, I'm sure this would be benefitial since you'll be running boost and want the least amount of heat as possible.

for the manifold the stock US manifold is okay, but the manifold from a 2000-2001 Maxima functions better. Its variable and you can set with an rpm switch when you want the manifold to close to gain better top end power.

I wouldn't tard anyone that quick. Dandy has always been known as a 3.0 'buff'. Even with all the swaps surrounding him, he stuck with the 3.0L and even stated when the engine blew, he would go back to it...

Now will he is the question.
