Need Computer HELP!!!! WIN32 Application

Ok.
I have MS MONEY 2000 and I went to open it and it said "missing MFC42.dll file." I went to the microsoft site and did what they told me and downloaded the file. Now the F-ing thing tells me "Not a WIN32application" when I click on the MSMONEY shortcut. I am about to $hit my pants. ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL of my banking info. is on there. I can't call tech support b/c I am out of the warranty!
Can ANYONE help me out?
