any body know of any cheap ways to upgrade your brakes

No...Brake upgrades are inherently expensive....Thats why they call them.."upgrades"..

lol at least someone is nice enough to somewhat answer the OP,.. you just make 3 threads that all prob will get locked,.. please donate or learn how to search.. all these are covered in the 5th gen stickys,.. and i usually never tell anyone anyhting like that.. sorry man.. it had to be done..
