Radiator questions: Radiator Barn & TC Cooler

Yet another radiator thread...

My question:
Will a 4th Gen Radiator fit in a 5th Gen? Anyone tried?

Radiator Barn offers a 4th Gen 2-row all metal radiator that's $13 less than
a single row all metal 5th Gen radiator.

Here's some links @ radiator barn:

2row>1row right?

The pix look nearly identical. Looks as if you may need to get longer TC lines if ur auto. Mounting points for the fans at the bottom of the radiator may be another issue.

-also-

I already have a B&M Trans Cooler. Would it be advisable to bypass the radiator TC altogether? Would you then be able to use the radiator TC as a engine oil cooler? lol just throwing out some ideas...

As far as bypassing all together. Yes. I'm doing that now b/c my stock tranny cooler barb fitting broke when I had to remove the radiator to put in my A/C condenser. I don't know if my tranny is running hotter or its still the same but I haven't noticed any fluid burning at all.

FYI

Radiator Barn's radiators consist of brass tanks and a copper core.
