Has anyone heard of this suspention system which is now avaliable for all generations Maximas? It consists of struts and instead of springs they have airbags. You also get an air compressor that lets you controll the height of your car up to 4" down from stock, and no loss in confort. The guy told me the car will ride like a Loncoln or a Cadillac(confort wise). The price is around $1800. Thats quite a bit but imagine the great looks and confort.

don't mean to be rude.. but people are trying to make their Maxima NOT ride like a damn caddy. No lose in comfort, total lose of performance.

thanks, but no thanks. for $1800 I'll go and import a set of true coilovers and be WAY happier.

I understand, but alot of people want to keep the comfort of their car and get rid of that nasty gap. This would be a good way to do it. I just want to see if anyone has this system and what you think of it.

Well I promise you that H&R springs with Tokico blues will get ride of the gap and still ride very comfortable. As a matter of a fact, my car rides like a caddy. I hate that kind of ride and it's not comfortable to me, but it may be to you if that's the kind of ride you go for. I like cars with good suspension control and a little on the firmer side.

If you want to lower the car and retain a soft ride, H&R plus tokicos.
