Good price for NOS install?

A friend of mine want to put NOS in his car. A local tuner shop quoted him $700 for the NOS and installation. It will be a 60-70 shot NOS. I think it's expensive because he still needs to buy gauges.

AARRGGHH! Too late. He just called me up. He went ahead and got the kit installed by Sonic Boom. They charged him $650. It's a dry kit for a '00 Accord btw. Oh well.
