The mid hanger part of my B pipe (OEM) broke sometime and I just noticed it today. It would be the hanger that is right near that cross bar thing. As a result of this, my pipe hangs lower now, and I had to remove that cross bar, because it was bashing into it making noises. I'm thinking to get a courtesy B, however right now I dont have the $. Whats the easiest way to fix this one? Drill out the tiny existing stud and make a new stud with nuts bolts or threaded rods? Or, should I try welding a new piece on?
