your knock sensor is probably bad check your codes and plan a trip to radioshack to get some resisitors.
for 200 bucks or so you can add 20whp which is an amazing bang for your buck. ebay air intake, budget y pipe.

Yeah, I'm considering putting a new Y-pipe in already. Everyone seems to really enjoy modding their Maxima. I posted pics on the first page, they just aren't very big. I won't be taking any big pics until I actually get the money for my Prizm from that stupid insurance company that is taking WAY too long. I'll use that money to fix some cosmetic blemishes in that Maxima. It's going to look very good after I'm done with it.
