Stillen intake is pretty much just a cone intake to replace the stock airbox, using a K&N Air filter. It still sits in the engine compartment and collects warm air. PR Cold Air intake has extended piping which allows the filter to rest underneith the engine comparement away from the warm air, sucking in cold air. This the name "cold air intake" hope that helps.

The performance difference is not a great deal different. You should take into consideration the price difference though, the CAI is more expensive where as "pop" chargers are not. Also the CAI requires for a 3" hole to be cut into the fender wall. The CAI is a great prouct, but there is differences to weigh out.
