I don't know of any online retailers that sell them but the only place I've seen them is at a truck stop. Suprisingly I saw a variety of colors for bulbs. You might wanna try there.

I don't know where to get them either, but the 4th gens have a blue "condom" over the 194 bulbs in the dash. I just found this out today after installing my white gauges. I removed those bulbs anyway, and put red 194's in. It looks awesome now.

If you can't find them at the auto store/truck stop, you can hit the local hobby shop. Tamiya makes different colored paints that are translucent. Red, Blue, Yellow, Orange, etc. You just dip the bulb in, wait a half hour to dry, and repeat until it's as dark as you want. You can even do custom colors - dip in red, then blue, then red, then blue again to get purple, and so on.

If you don't like how it turns out, use windex to clean it off. After a little use though it becomes semi-permanent as the heat bakes the paint. I've done this a lot.

Of course, the condoms are easier, just harder to find.

For the 4th gen I think only up to year 97 or 98 does it have the blue condom over 194 bulb. Mine is a 99 and it didn't come with any and the bulbs are much smaller type. Yeah tried that translucent/transparent paint and it stunk. I used blue paint and it came out green and i could barely see the needles. Now two of the bulbs blew, probably because of the paint, and I'm too lazy to get them replaced...cost is $6 a piece at dealer.

I got some SE white faced gauges. Medic had them at the hotel and somehow they ended up in my possession. They weren't insanely hard to install either. Just the normal stuff. Small scews, very little working area, stuff like that. But I like them alot, especially with the red bulbs I put int for the backlight.

it says that their email demand was to high for them to handle so right now they are only taking orders and answering question by phone.
