Pretty much. For some reason.. majority of the cars were 17's-16's. Even teh th gens autos wiht aintake and full exhaust were only able to hit high 15's and the 5 speed guys were hitting mid 15's. Aaron was still running his 14.8's all day. Brett ran and i did too. So did Ange.

I ran progressively faster going from 15.8 to 15.6 to 15.4. There musta been somethin not right...a few of us were in the 17s and the fastest of all was only 14.2. I've reached 15.1 on a different track (at night time) but without a Y pipe. This time I had a Y pipe and I was going slow. I did not adjust my tire pressures either and I tend to run them high at 36 PSI. I also didnt remove any weight out of my trunk (subs).

Any words on the dyno?

Were you car #147? If so, I was #866 and I raced you once. You got a 15.26 @ 92.24mph and I got a 15.38 @ 90.85mph. I'd expect a lot wider gap out of a NOS system. <grin>

Seems like a lot of people were having slow times. Not sure what it was.. track, weather.. who knows...

I thought I did ok since it was my first drag racing ever. I had a 15.38, 15.75 (bad shifting) and a 16.77 (actually popped it out of first and missed second!). AIIIEEE..

At least my first run was ok.. takes some getting used to on how to shift and I was trying different things.. obviously my first instincts must have been best. <grin>

The track was ok based on my times there vs. my local track.. I ran several 14.8s in the right lane and one in hte left... (the left lane blows) and that track is uphill for sure

it was ME, and my bottle pressure was ridiculously low all day. Synki was running 14.8 and that's with a VB mod. so no VB, low pressure and bad track add up to about a 15.2, i still beat you though.

Spnrt... lets just say i ran my q-mile @ 96.67mph. You can think about the time i ran.

Well.. at least i got to run against Cheston when he was driving Sigh's 13's sec max.

Doh! Looks like someone knows 1 of the times i ran.

And yes i did run faster then a 14.8. I ran that off of a 4 hour drive and didnt deflate tires. BTW, on all my drags, i didnt launch, tires just broke loose.. and just spun even more when the NOS kicked in. Bottle pressure was low as well.. under 900psi.

And yes Aaron, teh track does go uphill.

Hehe.. yup.. you did! Each timeslip has the other person's time you raced so I have yours. If you go to the page listed in my signature, you'll see a couple pictures of you and I going at it. <grin>

I remember you telling me your bottle pressure was low.

I was spinning tires on start every time. Somebody said to drop the pressure in the fronts but I didn't bother. Only thing I did do was remove everything from my trunk including the spare tire.
