Removing Rusted exhaust bolts...

Other than using a torch what's the best way to remove rusted bolts? I tried heating them, WD40, etc and ended up striping one and breaking another. Will a Dremel or RotoZip work?

WD40 sucks for breaking loose rust. Try Liquid Wrench or a rust penetration spray.

YOu can cut them off with a Dremel with a cuttig disk. Basically use any method you mentioned to remove them. YOu need new bolts anyway, so you don't really need to salvage the old ones.
