I was in pep boys yesterday , and i saw a can of caliper paint. Its 900 degree paint, but i have a practically full can of 500 degree engine paint. Can i use the engine paint on my brakes or do i need to buy caliper paint too ? The caliper paint said you could use it on engines , so why not use engine paint on calipers ?

Is it worth the $6 if you have to redo the paint if the other one doesn't work?

Sorry... my 1st post after my long hiatus had to be sarcastic
