i think this guy is full of sh*t. he is circumventing US law by selling it "used". there is no mention of bringing the car up to spec ala motorex.

There's no way this is legit. You're bidding on the downpayment? Which is already a set amount?

Well, at least I got to see pictures. That FSTB is awesome.

I can get it cheaper by going to Japan and buy it from
there and have it U.S. spec for under $20000. It would
be free shipping for me.

If that guy can sell it for $100k and get away with it, I'm
going to have to get my friends in Japan to send me a
Skyline so I can sell it $50k. Split the profit with my
buddy..

Does this guy have a spot in line for the car? Who would trust him? So you are paying for the chance to buy one...which you still have to pay the price of the car. Now why wouldn't this guy just keep the money? Seems fishy to me...
