I used to be a Honda guy with a highly modify Integra 91 GS....but it as been stolen, so I'm now looking to buy a torquey car like a Maxima...but I'm not sure which year should I go for, I don't now them in details like I used to know Honda...so I need aome advice on reliability ...it's going to be a 95....or a 93 - 94 SE Is there any big problem with these car...how long the V6 from the 93 SE should last 120 Mile...more??? I have no idea does the new V 6 from the 95 and older are better????

Any advice will be welcome!!! Help me!

 

for a 95 SE you will be happier than the previous gen, they are fast and reliable, expect a good 150k+ miles from them some people are upto 200k miles on their engines, that shows u nissans v6 is bullet proof.

 

Can someone tell me diference between them???

Except the interior..

Suspension is the same??
Sway bar?
Brake?
Weight?
Is the SE is the only one available 5 speed?

I'm also looking for a Maxima. I want to spend under 10k. I'm gonna stay away from the 3rd gens (up to 1994) cuz I want something w/lower milage. I prefer 1995 SE cuz of the sunroof, spoiler, fogs, sound system, etc. 5sp of course. GXE's also come in 5sp. GLE only has automatic. GLE is the luxury model. GXE is base. SE is sport. SE's got stiffer suspension and slightly lower (but who cares cuz you're gonna mod anyways). All have the same engine.
95 and 96 should have same emissions stuff. 97+ have slightly more (someone correct me if I'm wrong).
All years/models have discs (abs optional).
95+ don't have sway bars
GXE is lightest cuz least features. Not sure between GLE and SE.
97 had some remodeling done to body and various things.
