I recently installed my Pacesetter short throw shifter and at first I didn't notice anymore vibration in the shifter than stock. After the excitement wore off, I noticed the shifter does transmit more tranny vibration than before. It makes sense because the shifter is a heavier gauge and doesn't have soft bushing. What did you guys think?

Ya I have the stillen sts on my 5th gen and at first it seemed as steady but notice the vibration now. It isn't bad but is more noticable at certain speeds I find. It doesn't make any noice at all and the vibration is very slight. I would still highly recommend an STS.

I agree. And make sure you put some white lithium grease on that bushing to eliminate squeaking...
