Hey Guys,

I just got a pre-owned Thermal Racing and Development Muffler. The mufffler looks good, and the tip on it looks great. I have a question, there is rust where the tip is welded to the muffler and on the "arms" that connect the muffler to the car. Should I sand them down before I put it on? Also, can I paint the muffler? If I can, what kind or make of paint should I use?
