i made a illegal u turn and the ticket came in today and it says 21461(a) vcj fail to obey traffic controls umm did the cop write the right thing down?? and is this a moving voilation ??? 141 bux damn this sux and i already have 2 points on my record

 

I got the same ticket here in so cal by a city cop...it was a bs ticket. I pled not guilty went to trial, cop did not show up...ticket dismissed...try it...most cops do not show up for trial...unless they are highway patrol officers. That is how its usually here in cali.

yea i had some citrus heights cop pull me over, there tryin to crack down on racers. stupid sign shows a pic of a u turn is ok then in small letters it says "no u turn between 9pm and 5am" how in hell can i see that at night. i was like 5 cars back and headlights in every direction bah. umm if i lose the case will the judge offer me traffic school? thx 4 help bro

 

If you haven't had a ticket in the last 18 months you can go to traffic school. You can even take traffic school over the internet! You pay the fine + traffic school which varies from $25-$50.00...

P.S. Hiring a lawyer is a waste of money. I got a ticket about 4 months ago doing 103mph in a 65mph zone (spanking the hell out of a 94 BMW M3) hired Mr. Ticket payed him $299.99 and f*****' lost my butt. $500.00 fine, 60 day suspension of my drivers license and I'm out $299.00 in attorney fees...
