What I was trying to ask is how many people actually change the way they drive, or carpool, or fill up later in the day during these Ozone Action Days? Here in MD/VA, we had a 113 degree (w/ heat index) day and the ozone action signs were showing a "code red" air quality.
My car runs like crap in this high heat, but it's not going to stop me from doing my usual routine either personal or for work...
Does anyone modify their lifestyle during these code red days?

it's mostly for people with breathing issues.

older, etc. or people with asthma, etc.

(as far as the health issues)

as for the environment, it's unfortunate, but 95% of people don't give a crap.
