OK.. I really did it... I got the time I've wanted out of my y-pipe. It was a very symbolic night because all the gum in my sig picture ran out on the way to my track, maybe I ran much better because of the weight difference without the gum. Anyway.. I did nothing special in driving style from last week and the weather was about the same. Here is what I did:

R/T .802
60' 2.208
330 6.154
1/8 9.433
MPH 75.11
1000 12.248
1/4 14.625
MPH 94.31

Not a bad run at all... I'm very happy with it.

All of my 1/4 times for this night in order:

14.796
14.900
14.625
14.680
14.710
14.723
14.927
14.725
14.722

Congrats Aaron!!! If you get a 2.1 60' time..can you get into the 14.5s?

And you'll be proud to know..that I finally did the corner light rewire today..and bought hyperwhites for the corner lights! My first lighting mod!! hehe..

Anyway..congrats again!

well I'm happy for you, but dam I'm must really be a crappy driver!!

i'm nearly a second after you in the 1/4 do you think the cat back makes a significant improvement w/o the y-pipe?

Nice!!! I swear you must race every other day. How many passes have you made so far? It's gotta be a ton.

catback possibly helps a little and I think that most of the time is just skill and y-pipe.

I would guess I have done close to 150 runs this year.
