My tranny in my 96 5 speed is going out. I do alot of road racing and autoXing and I would like to find an I30t tranny
or canadian market VLSD tranny. First, I have a few questions.

What years were the VLSD 5 speeds offered in the I30, and was it only the I30t or what? Second, what years were
the VLSD 5 speeds in the canadian market maximas, and was the VLSD standard, or an option, or what. Also, does
ANYONE know where I can actually find one? I did a search on www.car-part.com and I found 2 in the entire USA,
both out west in Cali and AZ. I'm in michigan... so thats probably not going to work. Are there any Canadian .ORG
members in ontario, I'm only about 2.5 hours from Windsor and like 6 hours from Toronto. My transmission is rapidly
deteriorating... and I am afraid it's going to totally go out before I'm able to get a VLSD.

For those of you with VLSD trannies... was it a straight swap? No problems with sensors or anything else that will
hinder me getting one? Also, where did you get yours, and if you don't mind saying, how much did you pay? Thanks in
