I changed oil a couple weeks ago and every other day I see like 1ml of oil on the floor, its coming from the drain plug, it is fully tighten, but the problem is it didn't have a gasket on it (losted), is that why its leaking? can I seal the plug till the next oil change without taking the plug out? or is my plug damaged?

It sure sounds like your plug is causing the problem. Just get a new plug.

if it's that little of oil just try some high temp sealant that comes off easily. or if you don't have mobil1 just change you oil and get a new plug. filter is ok.

I'm running castrol syntec right now for 4000km, the oil is not always leaning, just once in a while, I'll get a new drain plug, do you have any idea what it costs?? I think nissan dealers will charge me like $500 for it
thanks

Good news, Costco, http://www.courtesyparts.com/A32_maint.html has your drain plug for $1.99 and those copper crush rings for $0.79 each.

I'm screwed

OH MAN I'm the biggest idiot on earth some a$$hole stole my oil dip stick when changing car's oil then I decided to change my own oil this summer so I drained the oil, put 4 liters of oil in and then I CHECKED THE TRANMISSION OIL DIP STICK when I think was the engien dip stick, it looked alright so I packed everything up. Then after like a month I started seeing oil spots everywhere int eh garage, checked it out today and the oil filter was lose, then I tighten it back and checked oil (which really is tranmission) and it was the same so I looked @ the manual and realized that someone STOLE MY ENGINE DIP STICK and the reading is incorrect, worst part is I drove to detroit for a trip last week (1000km) with the leaking that I just found out.
