Ok, hopefully prepwork this will save me some heachache. I seperated the cat from the all the pipes. I'm waiting for my Cattman Y to come back and my Stillen B to come in. Anyway, I'm sandblasting the rusty cat, dirty heatshield, the rusty bracket and get new hangers after they melted from my couch cushion burnout indicent and I'm going to paint the rusting flanges. I'm replacing all the bolts, nuts and studs and then using anti seize compound to fasten them back in.

What should I do.. should I assemble the entire exhaust system off of the car and put it on, or should I put it on the car piece by piece. I'm thinking I should probably put it on piece by piece and then tighten everything down... experiences?
