So I am in North Florida getting on the JTB, a 60MPH highway that everyone goes 80 on.. Anyways, as I go to turn on to the highway a Red 99 Saleen Mustang followed by a 92 Mustang GT pull in front of me and I am cruising behind them on the 35MPH onramp... They are stuck behind other cars and weaving back and forth, showing off the dual guage pod on the A-frame in the Saleen.. in the older GT the girl was just hot.. best part about that car but she didnt follow us.
My friend was driving behind me and called my cell phone and told me to try and keep up with them.. as they change two lanes over i follow and we are doing about 70 and the pull in the right lane, I pull up next and rev it up.. the guy looked shocked but gave me the thumbs up and dropped into fourth and pulled ahead of me.
Up ahead on the right was a new 2001 Mustang GT... so he starts messing with him, jumping back and forth revin it up making fun of the guy basically. The new GT drops it down, probably into second cuz all this exhaust comes up and his car flies forward.. the Saleen most likely went into 3rd, no hesistation-no exhaust and caught up to him.. I put it down (auto) and they started to pull away hitting 100-110, I was doing 100ish and started to catch up as they slowed down.. the guy in the saleen was just laughing at the new GT and as i passed him (he pulled into right lane) he just gave another thumbs up and i exited the highway to go home..

This wasnt really a race, just a story of hot cars showing off.. It's nice to gain some respect from a car of that caliber... at least to me.. being almost bone stock..
