I was checking out my fluids the other day and noticed that the power steering fluid is at the 'cold min' line. My radiator expansion tank is only a couple cm above the min line.

I never really paid attention to the levels in the past year, but they shouldn't be that low, right? I'm thinking I should add some.

Does anyone recommend any particula PS fluid and radiator fluid ?

No recommended PS fluid, but remember, you can use tranny fluid in the PS system no problem. If you don't have an obvious leak, I would check the hoses on both, and then just fill it. As for antifreeze, use good old Prestone, in a 50/50 antifreeze/water mix. Some loss is acceptable.
