I was just wondering how often the police write tickets for cars that are using headlights that say for off-road use only. I also am wondering what wattage I can put in safely into a 1995 Maxima. I want the ricer blue look, but I also don't want any tickets. Thanks

I have it and i have never been stopped for it, so don't worry about it.
