I'm definetly gonna be giving my car a sex change soon. I.E. 5-spd conversion. I'm torn between a clutchmasters stage 2 or a stage 3 and a act modified street clutch. i want something that will engage hard at the track but still be street driveable. I'm looking to get my 60ft times with my drag radials below 2.1 or even 2.0. What are your recomendations for a clucth, this is not my area, for now.
ACT street clutch ALL THE WAY! I love my ACT clutch. It's my favorite mod on my car so far (even better than NOS) The thing grips like no other. Just ask anyone who's ridden in my car (MaxDriver847, MAX2000JP) They want them for their car too. The ACT has no problem at the track either. The best thing about it is, unlike other clutches that start to slip when they get hot...the ACT almost grips BETTER when it gets hot...so you get consistant performance at the track and a smooth engagement for the street.

you are only running a 50shot though, you have your stock flywheel??? I'm really torn. i rode in slickismax's car and that stage 3, i think that's what he said, grapped real nice, it would get to be a pain though after a while. i want to hear input from someone with a stage 2 clutchmasters/jwt.
