Factory anti theft system

i noticed in the manual that cool
feature that you can roll down the windows by holding down the unlock
button. unfortunately my SE does not seem to be equipped with an anti theft
system. or does it? there were no remotes with the car and no LED's on the
dash and sticking the key in the ignition 6x in 10 sec did nothing
Does anyone know how much it would cost to install factory system or ever an
aftermarket that would give me all the same functionality?
