Get 235-45-17.

As far as which one. Z rated or better. go to http://www.tirerack.com and use a search for that size, then do your research depending what conditions you drive in.

I usually get my tires from the Tirerack.

http://www.tirerack.com

As for tires, there are several good choices:

All season:
Dunlop SP5000 - I have these and they are great. Z-rated too.

Summer:
Dunlop SP8000
Bridgestone RE730

i heard that Z rated is not a really good choice for snow (i live in Ohio)

but i think i'll go with Dunlop sp sport 5000 assymetrical, but it is W though, is it the same tires with the one you recommended (z rated)?

Read the tech section on tirerack, it contains all the info you need, speed rating etc. Z rating is the speed rating of the tires and no you do not need a z rated tire, your car will never reach that speed, unless it's being dropped off of a cliff, then it wouldn't need the tires cause... ah nevermind.
